What You Bring
- Degree from an accredited PT program
- A strong desire to work with a team of professionals providing innovative services to services dedicated to wellness, injury prevention and rehabilitation for the community.
- Proven experience working in outpatient clinics, home health environments, or rehabilitation centers..
- Experience developing comprehensive care plans for diverse populations including geriatrics and pediatrics.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, in fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop tailored care plans that align with individual needs and recovery goals.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy techniques such as therapeutic exercises, and mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes and ensure safety.
- Educate patients and their families on physiotherapy techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to promote ongoing recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes within electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Stay current with advancements in physiology knowledge, anatomy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and other relevant fields to provide the highest standard of care.
