Reclaiming Overhead: Treating Rotator Cuff Impingement

Rotator cuff impingement is a shoulder condition where the rotator cuff tendons become pinched under the acromion bone (part of the shoulder joint) during overhead or lateral movements away from the side of the body causing pain and weakness.
